stylish, stylish, stylish
I loved the spacious open concept of my loft room, where chic industrial decor made every corner a photo opportunity. The electronic access system allowed for a seamless check-in experience. The proximity to the market across the street added a good convenience for quick bites!

Metro offers a fine stay experience in downtown London. Check-in was seamless, and the staff's hospitality was really good. The room's decor featured chic furniture, expansive windows, and a luxurious king bed that promised a restful night. I particularly appreciated the European-style layout of the washroom that added modern elegance. The hotel is conveniently situated near a variety of dining options, including the on-site restaurant providing fresh ingredients from the nearby market.

The hotel staff - front desk were very helpful and accomodating. Was a very unique hotel - I liked the atmosphere. Great location close to downtown, and lots to do
No parking - not even out front to load and unload. Our room didn't get cleaned or made up on the Friday (staying two nights Thurs/Fri). The story we got was it was the cleaning ladies first day/week on the job and she couldn't do anymore rooms. The woman at the front desk said she would at least make up our bed for us - never happened. It was extremely hot, and there was no air conditioning in the hallways

Loved the spacious room with a view of the Market block. The keyless entry made access easy, and the bed felt comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and staff were quick to assist with any questions. The prime location near Victoria Park and Museum London was perfect for our plans. I appreciated the nearby restaurants and the convenience of the Covent Garden Market just across the street. The washroom setup could be improved. Having grab bars would make it more accessible with mobility issues. This hotel hit the mark for comfort and location.

I liked the location as the hotel is near my favourite restaurants. Unfortunately all of the restaurants were closed on Sundays which is when was there.
There was no parking in this hotel and where I was told by the desk clerk to park resulted in a parking ticket. No room service on Sunday as the restaurant is closed. I also did't like the shower, tub and sink to not have there own room. No wall between them and to bed. Hard when your partner gets up to shower and you want to sleep. The room was very dark and masculine and the staff was uninformed.

The room was fantastic and the front desk gentleman was extremely helpful. I will surely book there again. Would have saved much time if the hotel was easier to spot. Not knowing the area, we drove past the small sign 4 times before seeing it.....but now that we know where it is...its like discovering a little hidden gem.
